About Harry

I am a Harry Vetro, a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) offering virtual psychedelic integration psychotherapy across Ontario. I hold a Master’s in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University, with training in EMDR and Internal Family Systems (IFS).

My work focuses on psychedelic integration therapy, supporting individuals in processing and integrating experiences with psilocybin, LSD, MDMA, ketamine, and ayahuasca. I am especially passionate about helping those who have had intense, confusing, or difficult psychedelic experiences find clarity, emotional stability, and a grounded path forward.

Alongside my work as a therapist, I am a jazz musician, and that background shapes how I show up in sessions. It has strengthened my ability to listen closely, stay present, and respond with flexibility and care. I take a calm, collaborative approach to therapy, creating a space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences at your own pace, and begin to integrate them into daily life in a meaningful and lasting way.

Therapeutic Frameworks & Approach

EXPERIENCE

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

IFS therapy works with different “parts” of yourself to build self-awareness and inner balance. It is especially helpful in understanding emotions, patterns, and insights that arise during psychedelic experiences.

Transpersonal Psychology

Transpersonal therapy explores meaning, identity, and experiences that go beyond everyday awareness. It supports the integration of spiritual or expanded states often encountered in psychedelic work.

EMDR Therapy

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) helps process and integrate difficult or overwhelming experiences. It can support emotional healing, reduce distress, and is often helpful in psychedelic integration work.

Creative Arts (Art & Music)

Creative approaches like art and music can help express and process experiences that are difficult to put into words. These methods can support deeper integration and emotional understanding.
